This is a classic parkland design which utilises the local terrain to create a challenging, interesting and beautiful golf course.

It is surrounded by forests of wild olive, cork oak and pine trees and has impressive views over the Atlantic, the villages such as Vejer de la Frontera, Benalup and Medina, and also of the African coast of Tangiers.

The wide, open fairways allow a little less accuracy off the tee, but a range of hazards will always be waiting for that wayward shot.

The wind also comes into play ensuring that good course management is required.
