MASTER COVER - protection against breakage/theft

MyCaddyMaster designed for you the MASTER COVER guarantee, which protects your rented clubs against breakage and theft during your stay.

When booking on line, you just have to maintain ticked the insurance box to benefit from our MASTER COVER guarantee in case of partial or total breakage of your rented material.

If you untick this insurance box, you will not be protected against breakage and theft of the rented material and you might be subject to additional charges listed in the table presented below.

The price of the MASTER COVER protection is fixed at 1, 50€ per bag and per day.

If the MASTER COVER guarantee is subscribed during the booking process, MyCaddyMaster will give up all actions against the customer and will pay, in case of the normal use of the golf material, the totality of the repair or replacement costs after deduction of the excess indicated below for each type of rented golf material.The payment of this excess occurs in addition to the payment of the rental period.

The excess varies according to the type of rented golf material and the cause of damage as presented in the following table:

*For the club to be considered as broken, the head of the club must be returned with the broken shaft to the MyCaddyMaster. If this is not the case, the club will be considered as lost and will not be covered by the MASTER COVER protection.

**In the case of the theft of rented golf material, the customer is invited to present, at the MyCaddyMaster desk, where the material was rented, the receipt of the theft declaration to the official Authorities (Police).

Forgetting, losing or substituting the golf material during the total rental period is not covered. In this case, the golf material will be invoiced to the customer on the basis of the manufacturers’ recommended retail price (all taxes included).
